I went to the parliament at seven in the morning. Mr. [Mahdi] Karroubi [Deputy Speaker of the Parliament] spoke against [Mr. Abdul Majeed] Sharia Pashand. Sharia Pashand had participated in the meeting. The representatives were angry and threatened to beat him or leave the meeting if he stayed. I sent him a message that it is better not to stay; He said he would stay. After the harsh speech of Mr. Karroubi and other representatives in the speeches before the order and the harsh slogans of the representatives, he left the meeting.

I left the meeting to Mr. Karroubi and went to the place of the old parliament to participate in the Friday imams' seminar. I talked for about an hour. I returned to the parliament. A group of Karaj people gathered in front of the Majlis to express their opposition to Sharia Pashand. Mr. Karubi spoke for them.

[Dr. Alireza Marandi] Minister of Health [Medical Treatment and Education] came and talked about the problems and lack of currency. I emphasized to him to cooperate with Islamic Azad University. He is afraid of radicals; I promised support. In the evening, we had a meeting of the Constitutional Review Council. I stayed the night in the parliament.
