I reached my office at half past eight. [Mr. Hossein Kamali], Minister of Labor and Social Affairs came. He requested to take over the Social Security Organization and attend the Board of Directors of Refah Bank [Kargaran], as well as pay the foreign currency of labor bonds, and consulted on the working methods of "Khane Kargar".

We negotiated with the leadership over the phone. Mr. [Mohammad Mohammadi] Ray Shahri, [representative of the religious guardian and supervisor of Iranian pilgrims] came. He gave a report on how to organize Hajj. He criticized the head of the Awqaf Organization for unnecessary interference and expenses. Officials and members of the Council of the International University [Imam Khomeini (RA) and Qazvin city officials] came. They drew up a report and asked for help to carry out the work well. Doubts about the intended land in Qazvin have been found due to the lack of water. Then Mr. [Hadi] Barik Bin, [Imam Juma] and [Ahmed Azizi and Seyyed Abdullah Hijrati], representatives of Qazvin, complained about the attempt to change the governor of Qazvin.

In the evening Mr. Mohsen Rezaei [Commander-in-Chief of the Revolutionary Guard] came. He gave a report on his trip to Pakistan and cooperation in military industries. [Mr. Mohammad Saeedi Kia], the Minister of Roads and Transport and his deputies and [Mr. Seyed Mansour Razavi], the head of the Employment Affairs Organization, came and reported on the holding of the first strategic management training course.

I came home near evening. Chastity has gone to Qom. I ate ready dinner and slept.
