Mr. [Hamid] Mirzadeh, [Executive Vice President], Mohsen Rezaei, [Commander-in-Chief of the IRGC], [Ali] Shamkhani, [Commander of the Navy] and [Gholamreza] Faruzesh, [Minister of Jihad Construction] came. They presented plans for the formation of companies and economic institutions to help Hizbollah people and martyrs in commercial and industrial affairs. I issued support orders.
The Supreme Administrative Council had a meeting. A decision was made about the reforms in the construction jihad organization. In the evening, I attended the meeting of the government board. In this meeting, we returned the name "Kermanshah" at the request of one hundred and forty members of parliament.
I did the work until nine o'clock at night. From Libya, our ambassador asked us to immediately deliver some cables to Libya and pay for them later.
