Mehdi went to school today after two or three weeks. I reached the parliament at half past seven. Before the order, I condoled the death of Mr. [Ayatollah Haj Sheikh Abdurrahman] Heydari, the Imam of Juma Ilam [and a representative of the Assembly of Experts]. I did not read the remarks of the representatives, which were congratulating and condoling the martyrs of Karbala Chahar. Because it is a symbol of the number of martyrs and according to the regulations, it is not compulsory to read it.

The calculation law was in order. Due to the importance of Article 30, which is related to an accountant, I stayed in the meeting until the end and it was adjusted. Mr. Hamidzadeh came in the afternoon. He complained about physical education and environmental organization. Mr. Amrullahi's evening came. He complained about not giving the budget to atomic energy. Mr. [Jalil] Besharati, the prime minister's follow-up officer, came. He explained about the flood damage and public assistance and the relief and reconstruction program. It is claimed that the damages exceed twelve billion tomans.

At night, the military leaders were my guests in the parliament. I explained the future operation plan and Karbala Chahar. In this meeting, the constitution of Islamic Azad University was approved. We discussed various issues. Ahmad Agha and I told Mr. Mousavi Ardabili about the mistake of arresting the good mayor of Isfahan. After the meeting, we talked with Ahmad Agha about Seyyed Hadi Hashemi. Both of us think that it is better for him to be released.

I stayed in the parliament at night and did the backlog of work. Chastity is still in Rafsanjan. We talked on the phone with Akhvi Mohammad about the letter Masoud [Hamshirezadeh] wrote from Germany.
