I went to the public meeting. In the ninth article of the plan of the owner and the tenant, there were important reforms that give the courts the right to refrain from [issuing] an eviction order in the case of determining hardship and embarrassment for the tenant. Originally, the roof plan was for one year, we removed this roof. In the afternoon, a group of representatives who went to Kurdistan gave a report about the differences between the governor and the IRGC and Mr. Mousavi, the Imam's representative. Mr. Fazel Harandi also came from Germany and spoke about the disturbance of the representative of one of the institutions in the relations between the [Islamic] Republican Party and the students.

In the evening, I had a meeting with the Swedish ambassador, who wanted to get our approval for Mr. Olaf Palme, the Prime Minister of Sweden, to come to mediate in the war and understand our opinions, and he was trying to get permission for the British ambassador to come to Iran.

Then I had a meeting with the Friday imams of Gilan who complained about the [Islamic Republic] party and the governor. I had a meeting with the Friday Imams of Sistan's Sunnis who wanted more attention to Sistan's Sunnis and declared their loyalty.

After the Maghrib prayer, I met with the East German ambassador, who invited me to Germany on behalf of the speaker of the East German Parliament, and gave an explanation of their help in the war.

A few people from the population of the fight against [the use of] tobacco came and consulted to start [the work]. They asked for help. They gave statistics. I was supposed to talk to the imam. There is also a movement [to fight against tobacco use] in the parliament. I came home at night. They came from Kahnuj Construction Jihad and gave an interesting report on the construction works of Kahnuj.
