They said that they do not intend to participate in the third round of [Middle East peace] negotiations in Moscow, and neither does Lebanon. They want to be active in the region of former Soviet Muslim republics. They proposed that Iran, Syria and Saudi [Arabia] cooperate to overthrow Saddam and rule the Iraqi opposition. As before, they say that America is planning a military coup in Iraq.
