In breathing, we participated in the farewell ceremony of the three Fajr divisions of Tehran province, which were going to the front from the front of the parliament, and the prime minister spoke to them.

I called the front at noon in the office. It turned out that all the objectives of the North-West operation were secured and the enemy did not show any resistance. It was decided to introduce the name of the operation, Wal-Fajr, with the aim of revenge against the evil of Baath in Iraq. Mr. Mohtashmi [Minister of the Interior] informed on the phone that he and Mr. Montazeri discussed the construction of the Tehran subway and he was convinced and agreed. He informed that Jalal Talabani sent a delegation and asked to cooperate with us against Saddam, I told them to accept.
