After prayer, some exercise, breakfast and watching the reports, I went to the public meeting. The discussion was about the general budget. After breathing, I came to my office. At noon, Mr. [Hasan] Jafari, the representative of Shahrbabak, came. He complained about the opposition of the [Islamic Republic] party and the supporters of the late Imam Juma of the city.

At noon, Mr. [Hasan] Jafari, the representative of Shahrbabak, came. He complained about the opposition of the [Islamic Republic] party and the supporters of the late Imam Juma of the city. Messrs. [Asadullah] Badamchian and [Mohammedreza] Bahaner came and opposed the government's budget. They wanted to hold meetings of the Majlis to express their opinions.

In the evening, Mr. Allameh Seyyed Fazlullah, one of the scholars of Lebanon, came and told about the situation in Lebanon. He considers the formation of an Islamic government in Lebanon unlikely in these vicinity, but he does not consider it unlikely that Muslims will come to power [in Lebanon].

Mr. Chepour [CEO of the bus company] came. He gave a report from the unit company and asked for more funds. The union of halva makers from Jaseb came with Mr. Jasbi. They brought money to help the Fronts and Islamic Azad University and asked for help to get permission to enter Sesame to make halwa.

I worked in my office until eight o'clock, [then] I came home. I talked to [Mr. Mohammad Nabi Habibi] the mayor of Tehran on the phone about the metro so that he feels supported.
