In the evening, the Expediency Council had a meeting. The issue of late damages that banks took from customers until 1363 was raised. The Guardian Council has declared it illegitimate and many customers have complained to the courts to recover the damages paid. Mr. [Mohsen] Noorbakhsh mentioned the danger of this procedure and sought a solution. After detailed discussions, the assembly voted unanimously that the bank can take the damages.
