After prayer and listening to the news and breakfast, the governor and the deputies came and told about the effects of the recent flood and the political issues of the province. I went to the airport at eight in the morning and we flew to Mahshahr by helicopter.

On the way, we visited the flooded area of Ramshir. The river has overflowed. Almost all the agricultural lands and villages around the river have been flooded and caused a lot of damage to the farmers.

We sat next to a village called "Sedre". People gathered. We went into the village. It had narrow alleys and mud houses, and wherever the river entered the house, it also entered the rooms. We went inside the house of a farmer and two families of martyrs. The level of life is very low; Although usually each family has five hectares of land by the river. The people of Yazd, Isfahan or Rafsanjan can make a better life with this amount of land and water.

We talked to the teacher of the school that was closed by the flood; It has about seventy students up to the fifth grade. I promised help and advised them to work harder and build stronger houses. At least build a seat on the floor of the house so that flood water does not enter the room; This area is prone to flooding.

We flew to Mahshahr. We took a helicopter tour around the city and port. We sat on the small runway of the airport. It was an official welcome. We drove to the port. The houses of a group of war victims by the roadside were flooded and they were evacuated; Their situation was heartbreaking.

We visited the 70,000-ton transit silo that Jihad has completed; It is interesting. Then we saw the docks; It is very huge. About forty ships can dock there at the same time. The railway is also connected and a part of the warehouses has been built and needs to be completed, but some trucks and wagons have reduced the capacity. Ships are delayed.

We were about two and a half hours behind schedule. We went to Razi Chemical Complex. Managers explained the work of units and renovations. I gave a short speech to the workers. We had lunch and visited the complex. We opened a new urea fertilizer unit that produces 1,500 tons of fertilizer daily; It is modern and the engineers are very happy to have been able to run it themselves. The workers expressed their enthusiasm.

We drove to Mahshahr by car. On the way, I talked with a group of flood victims and told them to help them. At the entrance of the city and in the streets, people welcomed very enthusiastically. We went to Mosla. A huge crowd had gathered; They were tight and noisy. I spoke briefly.

We flew to Omidiye base by helicopter. I did an interview. We flew to Tehran. We were supposed to go to Khark tomorrow, but because the runway of Khark airport is under repair, we decided against it. On the plane, we determined the level of assistance of the Ministry of Oil for the reconstruction of Abadan. I arrived home at eight o'clock in the evening. The children are fine. Mahdi has gone to Urmia.
