Mr. Sayad [Shirazi] informed that the procurement of helicopter parts through the Ministry [of Defense] is progressing well and the Qadir Four operation plan is good. We went to visit Imam.
The president did not come because of the Eid prayer, and I had to congratulate him [on Eid al-Adha]. Ambassadors, university professors and clerics were present.
