I stayed in my office before noon. Since the seminar was held in the parliament, I preferred to stay for reference. The officials of Bakhtran province came and told the needs of the region; Because they are near the front, most of their facilities are spent on war and they need more support.
In the afternoon, the commanders of the IRGC districts came. They told about their problems with the war support headquarters and the needs related to equipping the 500 battalions and the Qaim battalions. I attended the seminar in the evening. We heard the report of the commissions and Mr. [Ayatollah] Khamenei's speech and I answered the questions.
I sent Mr. Abdullah Nouri to Ayatollah Montazeri. I sent the letter that I had written to the Imam about punishments and that the Imam had referred to Mr. Montazeri. Ayatollah Montazeri assigned the right to determine the punishments of Sultaniyeh rulings to the Majlis. If the Guardian Council is satisfied, an important problem will be removed from the way of the parliament. I came home at night.
