I went to the office at seven thirty in the morning. Work was done until ten o'clock. Mr. Heydarali Af, the President of Nakhchivan, came. He was very polite and humble and requested help to solve their problems: gas and food, etc.; I promised to help. A detailed television message was recorded on the occasion of Government Week. I went to the office at 7:30 in the morning. Work continued until 10 o'clock. Mr. Heydar Ali Af, the President of Nakhchivan, came. He was very polite and humble, requesting help to solve their problems: gas and food, etc.; I promised assistance.

A detailed television message was recorded for Government Week. It lasted about 75 minutes. I addressed almost all the issues. In the afternoon, I attended the Cabinet meeting. The Consumer Protection Bill was under discussion. We also had a resolution for facilities for the exit of carpets with travelers. Mr. [Ali] Larijani, [Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance], requested permission to reform the ministry’s structure regarding the deputy positions.

I worked until nine o'clock at night and came home. I listened to my own message.
