In the evening, Mr. Sayad [Shirazi] and [Mohsen] Rezaei came. Regarding the proposed new operation, they brought the opinion of their headquarters. They gave two more points to the IRGC's proposal - 7 to 5 - but in principle they were against both and Mr. Sayad [Shirazi] did not agree with the IRGC's proposal in the north [west of the country]. There was some talk about war management and almost the same issue of unit command was raised by Mr. Sayad [Shirazi] to solve the problem. Of course, in a softer way. It was decided to give a final opinion by Friday after receiving the opinions of the commanders sent to the region.
