I reached my office at half past eight in the morning. Mr. [Vahid Ahmadi], the representative of [Kangavar, Sahne and] Harsin, came and asked for help for some mosques and complained to the governor [of Kermanshah]. Mr. [Ahmed] Kharstani, the representative of Fars Province, came and asked for the strengthening of rice farmers [in the region] of Karbal [of Shiraz] and rural roads and education.

Mr. [Attaullah] Fazali, the representative of Samir, came. He applied for water and health issues and asked for a car for himself. [Mr. Gholam Hossein Karbaschi], the mayor of Tehran, came. The Nawab Street project brought the computerization of the municipality and the [barracks] of Qala Marghi and Abbas Abad. He talked about Tehran's problems and referred to them. I gave notices.

In the evening, the Economic Council had a meeting. We made the final decision on the price of foreign air tickets. The price of some agricultural products was approved.
