Hashemi's Narrative of the Reactions of the Friday Imams to the Trial of Shahram Jazayeri Arab

I was at home all day studying the rulings of blood money and retribution, as well as the correction of the text of the interview with Mr. [Sadegh] Zibakalam, [a professor of political science at the University of Tehran], in which I made many changes, and the indictment of national-religious defendants.

In the United States, it was announced that the trial of the first defendant in the 9/11 attacks had begun: Mr. Zakaria Moussaoui, who was of Moroccan origin and a French citizen, who had apparently been training as a pilot before the incident and was more interested in training in horizontal flights than in the plane's take-off and landing program. In response to the presiding judge's question, he only said, "In the name of God, I have nothing to say," and the court based this answer on his claim of innocence.  

 Reports say that so far about 2,000 people have been arrested on charges of having ties to terrorists and the United States and other countries at the request of the United States, in addition to a large number of people who have been arrested in Afghanistan, 250 of whom are in the custody of the American forces for interrogation and the rest are in the possession of the Afghans themselves. The help of other governments by restricting movements, communications, bank accounts and financial resources, and pursuing, arresting, and propaganda will put great pressure on the fighting forces.  

It was reported that Mullah Omar, the [Taliban leader], had been detained by the forces of the Afghan Interim Government, but it was again doubted that his whereabouts had been identified but not detained.

In today's Friday prayers, the Judiciary's actions in the case of Jaziri [Shahram's trial] and the follow-up of the financial issues of those related to him have been confirmed, and the parliamentarians have been asked not to cause disturbances, but foreign radios continue to present this move of the Judiciary as political and a tool to deal with the 2nd of Khordadi.  
The media reports about the presence of the United States and Western forces in the vicinity of Somalia as a fight against terrorist centers. The Saudi government is under pressure from the people and the United States because of the detention and deaths of thousands of its citizens in Afghanistan.

Israel announced that it had stopped a Palestinian ship carrying 50 tons of Iranian weapons for the Palestinian Authority in the Red Sea, which was immediately denied by the PA and the spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry.

Israel has resorted to this trick by failing in the propaganda of distorting my Quds Day speech, and this action coincides with the arrival of [Anthony Zinni], the US special envoy for the renewal of reconciliation talks with Palestine, although the statements also show that he has a policy of supporting Israel.
