Mr. Mouladi Sakri, the new Tunisian ambassador, arrived and explained his country's international and Islamic policies. He expressed gratitude for Iran's efforts to strengthen Islam and Muslims and its impact in this regard. I confirmed his remarks, stating that Western powers have created points of contention in the centers of the Islamic world since the colonial era to provoke crises and justify interference. Their latest actions include the creation of the Taliban and Al-Qaeda, which they use as a pretext for military presence and colonization in the region.

A group of leaders from the Chemical Victims Defense Society came to report on their efforts to counter Western policies by holding them responsible for the chemical attacks in Iraq, their complaints to international courts, and their readiness to file cases in domestic courts. They requested assistance in securing workspace, which they intend to purchase from the Imam’s Executive Headquarters. Dr. Mazloomian mentioned the challenges faced by the Razi Institute in Hasarak due to poor management and lack of funding.

Sheikh Mohammad Akhundi, the director of Al-Dar Al-Kutub Al-Islamiyah, and Mr. Safavi also attended. They stated that Mr. Safavi, an innkeeper, had allocated three thousand square meters of land belonging to the former owner of the estate to the Islamic Propaganda Organization for establishing a training center for preachers abroad. However, the Islamic Propaganda Organization does not find the location next to the Marvi School suitable and has proposed to build it next to the tomb of Imam Khomeini. They requested my attendance for the groundbreaking ceremony. I was impressed by Mr. Akhundi's dedication and effort at over ninety years of age.

The United States transferred another 30 Afghan prisoners, shackled, to Guantanamo Bay, ignoring the protests from the Red Cross, which they refused to recognize, stating that they do not consider them prisoners. Israel continues its malicious propaganda against Iran, Palestine, and Hezbollah. A convoy carrying munitions in India was destroyed in an explosion involving 170 trucks, resulting in the deaths of 17 Indians near a terrorist operation.
