Full Text of the Daily Memo:

At home, in the office in Koshk, I spent time studying bulletins and reports. In the evening, we went to Lalan, [a village near Fasham, east of Tehran], and in the night, we were guests at Mohammad’s brother’s house. The weather is pleasant and cool. The situation in Palestine is becoming more heated with the Israeli assassinations and the reactions from the Palestinians, while Turkey and the U.S. are provoking Azerbaijan against Iran.

Mahdi, [the CEO of the National Organization for the Optimization of Fuel Consumption], came and spoke about some interesting points regarding Norway's development, including the profound advancements in the oil and gas industries, the daily export of 130 million cubic meters of gas to Europe, and the construction of 800 kilometers of tunnels in a country of four million people, sometimes under deep lakes. He also mentioned that all of Norway's electricity consumption—25,000 megawatts—is supplied from hydroelectric sources.
