   I had an interview with Mrs. Iman [Mohammed al-Saeed Jamaluddin] of Egypt for the book Amir Kabir.  He is a Persian language student who has chosen to translate the book Amir Kabir [or Hero of the Struggle against Colonialism] written by me.  He said, he spent seven months in Iran to strengthen the Persian language.  The questions were about the reason for writing the book and the relationship between Iran and Egypt.

   Mr. [Asadullah] Bayat [Zanjani], [Mohammed] Abayi [Khorasani] and [Syed Hossein] Mousavi Tabrizi, [members of the Qom Seminary Assembly of Teachers and Researchers] came.  Mr. Abayi criticized the Guardian Council's dealings with the Majlis and the elections, and Mr. Mousavi said about the inappropriate situation of the Hohza in relation to the Imam and the Revolution, and that the ideas of the Najafis and those who are indifferent prevail.  Mr. Bayat also spoke on the same topics.  

   I told them that the extremes at the beginning of the revolution were from the left wing, and the questioning of the Imam's departure in recent years is also from the side of Doum Khrodadi.  For example, regarding the war, America, Saudi Arabia, Hajj, Israel, Palestine and the killings at the end of the war in the left media, the memoirs of Ayatollah Montazeri and the defenses of Mr. Abdallah Nouri. Finally, they said, today there is no one but you who can end these differences and bring unity.  It created in the country and the forum [expediency of the system] is also a suitable place.  

   In the evening, Mr. [Mohammed Ali] Shara'i, [Director of Sisters Seminary] and his son, came to Qom to follow the establishment of Jame University and asked for help to solve the financial problem of Fatimieh Medical University.  

   Mr. [Mohammed Baqer] Qalibaf, the commander of Naja [police force] came. He gave a report on the situation of the force and criticized the weak management of the country and gave a report on the case of [Siamak] Porzand, [journalist] who was arrested by the police force and with his confessions, a group of  Cultural people opposed to the revolution have been summoned and a lot of noise has been made in the left media.  He said, soon their public court will be held and it will cause them a scandal.  It was reported that in the meeting of the commanders of the fronts, it was mentioned that the management of the country needs Mr. Hashemi's decisiveness and good judgment, and there is no one but Oksi who can fix this situation.

   The Palestinians killed seven Israeli soldiers yesterday, and Israel has carried out extensive attacks against them today.  In Egypt, a train caught fire and killed 400 people.
