The entire day was spent at home studying and resting. In the media, the issue of the special committee has become a point of contention between the two factions. The right-wing has accused the second of Khordad faction of having a mysterious committee that has made dangerous decisions, including the establishment of a militia [an illegal armed group] and control over the media by setting up radio and television stations or establishing a satellite transmitter and a telephone surveillance center, as well as securing significant funding to support political movements. However, the left denies this.

The decision to formally and seriously prosecute [Ariel] Sharon, [the Prime Minister of Israel], in Belgium is on the table. Official water rationing has been announced in Tehran, with each area receiving water for 12 hours a week. In many parts of the country, water shortages are causing problems, leading to confrontations between farmers and the police, with the worst incidents occurring in Isfahan, where sabotage has taken place and several individuals have been arrested.
