The council had a meeting. There were two conflicting opinions of the Guardian Council and the Parliament in the order; One was about the statute of the ECO Bank, which the Guardian Council had rejected because of the possibility of kidnapping. The Assembly ruled in favor of the Council; Because other partners do not accept usury-free banking and the necessity of a bank is also for a license, and another is about amending Article 113 of the Civil Code regarding divorce, because of the difficulty and embarrassment of the wife, which took a lot of time and was finally referred to the Judicial Commission to become more expert. 

Mr. Khatami, [President], consulted about visiting the United Nations, considering that his hand is not open to decision-making on current global issues. I thought it would be better for him to go and present Iran's views and maybe in bilateral talks they could find a solution to the Fali problem.

4-The United Nations must be the focus of the struggle 
5-By invading Afghanistan, the United States has made things more difficult and strengthened Taliban terrorism. 
The work of the United States and Britain will not lead to a positive result. 
The European Union and the United Nations are acting passively. 
Until the Palestinian question is resolved, the root of terrorism remains. 
If the United Nations is the center and terrorism is dealt with comprehensively, Iran will cooperate fully. On behalf of the president and the prime minister, he invited me to go to Greece and said that the views of Greece are similar to those of Iran.
