Mr [Ali Asghar] Movahedi, a security adviser, came in [Strategic Research Center].  He described the bad status of the offices and the prevalence of bribery and work, and an example of his own work for bribes for taxation of the house and said of the life problems of Mr. Habibullah] Mohammadian, the Friday Imam of Zahedan after his resignation.  She asked for a loan.

Mr [Hamid] Moir, the new ambassador to Zimbabwe, came.
