Regarding the importance of water and the possibility of a water crisis in the future, stressing the need to contain water and transfer water from water-rich areas to water-scarce areas, economy, especially in agriculture with pressure irrigation, quick implementation of city sewage to use polluted water, city sanitation, and also taking action to export technology and engineering, to take advantage of the country's facilities and help third world countries.  I gave a speech

Alireza Nouri's body was taken to Imamzadeh Ali Akbar cemetery in Chizer.  They said that some of the families of the martyrs opposed his burial because of his position and his brother and signed a petition, but he was buried near the evening.

We went to the international exhibition [Tehran].  First, I saw a hall of the construction industry exhibition of the Ministry of Industries.  [Mr. Ishaq Jahangiri], Minister of [Industries and Mines] and officials of the booths gave explanations.  Good progress can be seen in the quality of industries.  During the visit, the electric wire of the hall found a connection and there were loud noises, but there was no fire and it was quickly extinguished.  Then we went to the exhibition of water, sewage and electricity industries.  [Mr. Habibullah Bitraf], the Minister of Energy and the deputies and stall owners explained.  About 400 domestic and foreign companies have booths.  Then, among the exhibitors, we heard the report of Mr. Bitaraf and I about the importance of water and the possibility of a future water crisis, stressing the need to contain water and transfer water from water-rich areas to low-water areas, savings, especially in agriculture with pressurized irrigation, the rapid implementation of city sewage to use polluted water, city health, and also to export technology and engineering for  I gave a speech about taking advantage of the country's facilities and helping third world countries.    

With a little delay, I went to the heart hospital for a check-up.  After examining the heart, stomach, liver, lungs, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, bladder, ear, nose, and throat and examining the results of the urine, blood, and stool tests, the doctors said that everything is satisfactory, some type of fat is high and another type is low, and they advised to lose weight.  The gentlemen were Dr. [Feridun] Nohi, Dr. [Ehad] Milaniya and Dr. [Reza] Melkzadeh, Dr. [Mohammed] Borqai, Dr. [Hasan] Radmehr and Dr. [Shahin] Azizi.  Dr. Nohi complained about the government's lack of attention to the needs of the heart hospital.  

Yesterday, unfortunately, the car carrying representatives of Tehran, Khash and Chalus fell into a valley on Chalus road [Pich Harijan near Siah Beisheh] and Mr. Dr. Alireza Nouri, [representative of Tehran] and Masoud Hashemzahi, representative of Khash and the driver died and [Mr. Anoushirvan Mohseni], representative of Chalus, was injured.  The bodies of the representatives were buried in front of the parliament.  They took Alireza Nouri to Imamzadeh Ali Akbar cemetery in Chizar. They said that a group of martyrs' families opposed his burial because of his position and his brother [Abdullah Nouri] and signed a petition, but he was buried near sunset.  

Mr. [Donald] Rumsfeld, the US Secretary of Defense, has said that he hopes to see the overthrow of the Iranian government in his lifetime;  I hope he will bury this hope.  The 5.5 Richter earthquake shook Italy with some damage and casualties.
