Full text of the diary:
Mr. Behzad Nabavi [Deputy Speaker of the Parliament] came. He asked me to support the three-emergency plan approved by the parliament in the Expediency Council, which was rejected by the Guardian Council. I said, "I do not agree with it myself and I think it is unlikely that it will get a vote in the Assembly."
Yesterday, in protest against the disqualification of more than 50 mid-term candidates in Golestan province, the parliament approved a two-point plan and a three-point plan, both of which the Guardian Council considered unconstitutional, but today the parliament approved another bill to satisfy the opinion of the Guardian Council, and it is hoped that the Guardian Council will accept it, but I think it is unlikely that it will accept it, because it creates an important limitation for the Guardian Council and the means [of verification] It takes away their authority.
Mr. Nabavi said that in the entire sixth term, the Guardian Council did not agree with a single item of the parliament's approvals aimed at securing the reforms desired by the 2nd Khordad and believed that they would provide the Supreme Leader's opinion on the qualifications of the candidates, even though they themselves wanted to, and he also believed that the recent dossiers of some of the oil [ministry's] managers [in the case of Petropars Company] were at the request of the Supreme Leader. I told him that some of the parliamentarians are not balanced and are doing unacceptable and convulsive things, and with this situation, the country will not achieve peace, construction, and economic prosperity.

Mr. [Mostafa] Mirsalim, [Deputy of the Socio-Cultural Center of the Center for Strategic Research], came and made a suggestion for speeding up the acceptance of the research projects of the Research Center.Mr. [Seyyed Kazem] Nurmfidi, from Gorgan, asked for support for the recent decisions of the Parliament.Iftar, the staff of my office in the [Expediency Council] were my guests, along with their family members.
Israel's harsh treatment of the Palestinians has today drawn criticism from the world's political circles, which have condemned it as sabotaging the plan of the United States and the European Union. Pakistan has closed the Taliban's consulates in Peshawar and Quetta, while maintaining official embassy-level relations with the Taliban. At the beginning of the conflict, they announced the severance of relations, but later they realized that they needed relations for the specific goals of the United States and themselves, and they maintained the relations. The Taliban have announced that they will stay in Kandahar and resist. An American official, arrogantly saying that Iran's political system must be changed, but not by force
