In the postmodern era, war is a political matter.

One of the parameters for starting a war is the willingness of military forces;  Are our military forces willing to start a war?
In post-modern warfare, not only missiles go to missile wars;  Rather, we are witnessing a combined war.
The period of this thinking to build on our rockets is over.
