In order to perform the important and universal duty of "Advice to the Imams of the Muslims" and with regard to the long history of friendship and devotion of more than sixty years and with the assurance that Your Highness knows nothing but good intentions from the humble - although we differ in words and deeds - and Relying on His Highness's statement that: Criticism - even of the leader - is not prohibited, I would like to recall the recent unfortunate events that have repeatedly been carried out by Ershad, and the last of which led to the death of Mrs. Mehsa Amini, an Iranian Kurdish citizen. :

I consider the principle of guiding guidance to be an example of the honorable verse "Al-Dhin Yohbun an Tashi'a al-Fahsha fi Al-Dhin Amenwa". Your Highness, you know better than me that this verse is about those who have spread the ugly act in the society, not that they have committed prostitution themselves, and this is the correct work of Ershad, which does not need an explanation.

Based on this, the very existence of the guidance tour is an evil that Your Highness can - and only Your Highness can - prohibit, and the prohibition of this evil (i.e. the Ershad tour itself) is not possible except by dissolving it, and this, except by It is not made by your hands.

I take this opportunity to express my opinion about other deviations and evils that are done in the name of the good in society, openly and even with explicit or implicit encouragement, and say that if these evils were forbidden It did not happen here that the capture and arrest of a female Kurdish guest would lead to her tragic death.
