The initiative is now in the hands of Iran's rulers

Trump dropped the ball in Iran's court during his presidential run. He said he does not want war and does not accept Iran with a nuclear bomb. He said he was not looking for regime change. 

Iran's leaders have always insisted that access to the atomic bomb is forbidden. 

In this case, the assumptions are in line. 

But there are two drawbacks: one is that negotiating with Trump himself is unacceptable to the Iranian leader, and the other is that Trump is the murderer of Soleimani. 

It seems that the Iranian government has already tried this experiment in both cases. When it comes to negotiating with the Great Satan and the even greater Satan, Trump, we have a history of communication between two Middle Eastern countries, Saudi Arabia and Egypt, both of which seemed taboo, but this problem was easily resolved. In order to de-escalate tensions in the region, Iran arranged its relations with Saudi Arabia, Egypt and even Jordan. Saudi Arabia is trying to join the Abraham Covenant, and when this was supposed to happen, the Hamas attack and the Gaza war started, which is why it has stopped until now. The other side of the agreement is Israel. "If we can cut down the tree of enmity with Saudi Arabia and Egypt, we can cut down the tree of enmity with the United States at the right time. 

As for Soleimani, we have a very close relationship with Iraq. A country that has brought eight years of imposed war, two hundred thousand martyrs and the killing of dedicated generals such as Hammats, Bakari, and Kharzai. If after all these martyrs and eight years of war in order to de-escalate tensions during the time of the criminal Saddam Hussein, we were willing to establish relations with Iraq, then hostile relations with other countries can be abandoned according to the expediency of national interests. 

It is said that in politics we have neither permanent friends nor permanent enemies. Just as Russia is easily abandoning the Iran game card for its own benefit, so too are the patriotic Russophiles, surprised by the untimely turnarounds. 

At the same time, despite the efforts of the 14th government, Iran is experiencing difficult economic and social conditions that do not escape the sharp eyes of Iran's situation observers. Unfortunately, the national currency of Iran is one seventy thousand dollars, one day the cry of retirees is raised, the other day nurses or teachers protest for the realization of their trade union rights. 

One hundred days ago, the social distance of the nation's government was such that fifty percent of the people did not participate in the presidential election. Even with the presence of some revolutionaries, in the end, fifty percent did not participate in the elections, which indicates a decline in acceptance and legitimacy. These signs, as well as warning for the regime, are also indicative of Iran's situation for those who monitor Iran. 

On the other hand, the presence of the government of doctors and a strategist as delicate and negotiator as Al-Iraqchi shows that perhaps the internal changes and developments were based on the prediction of such a choice by the American people. 

Trump is not appeasement, but he wants to reduce tensions. Iran, too, has always shown that it is possible to drink the cup of poison and have heroic pessimism. The initiative is now in the hands of Iran's rulers.
