The Council of Ministers, in its meeting on March 21, 2024, approved the proposal No. 10466 dated May 19, 2024 of the Ministry of Justice, to amend the regulations of the State Penal Organization, subject to Decision No. 40730 dated October 23, 1994, and its subsequent amendments based on Article 138 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
