After the resignation of Dr. Mohammad Reza Zafarghandi from the general secretary of the association, in the extraordinary meeting of the central council of the association, Dr. Ali Tajernia was elected as the secretary general of the Islamic Society of Iranian Medical Society with a majority of votes.
